Delete My Data

At Kinetikk, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the Kinetikk app:

  1. Open the Kinetikk App.
  2. Go to Settings (Gear icon).
  3. Scroll down to the Account section.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible.

Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by emailing us:

Email Request

Send an email to support@kinetikk.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.

What Happens Next?

Once your request is processed, all your personal data, including workout history, profile information, and settings, will be permanently deleted from our servers. This process may take up to 30 days.
