Welcome to Kinetikk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kinetikk application and services provided by Digital Macaroni LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Kinetikk, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

By downloading, installing, or using Kinetikk ("the App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service. 6. Subscription Terms and Billing

Premium Subscriptions:

• Offered as monthly or annual plans
• Payment charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends
